This exquisitely decorated three bedroom townhome is one of the Cascades at Moose Hollow. It has rich fabrics and leathers, custom furnishing and antiques throughout for your comfort, delight and enjoyment. The views are of Fairway #2 at Wolf Creek Utah Championship Golf Course, the community and surrounding spectacular mountain setting. There is also the delightful sights and sounds of our seasonal stream and waterfall which runs along side this property.  This property is part of the Wolf Creek Utah Resort and is only minutes from Pineview Lake, Powder Mountain, Snowbasin and Wolf Creek Utah Ski Resorts.

There are two living levels and perfect for multiple singles, couples or a family.  This property includes two luxury Master King Suites and one Queen suite.  The king suites offer large walk-in closets and have luxurious private fully-tiled baths with Jacuzzi type tubs, separate large, glass enclosed showers and double sink vanities. The queen suite also has it's own private en-suite bath.

As you enter this townhome on the main level, it features the living room with Old World décor and furnishings including a very unique two story, straw-glazed and stone gas fireplace complete with TV, satellite and DVD for both your warmth and entertainment. From the living room you will walk into the main floor Old World kitchen filled with every convenience to make meal preparation just that much easier. In addition to double ovens and a four burner gas stove top, there are even things like a salad spinner and rice cooker!   We also have a variety of spices and other pantry items on hand.  Off of the kitchen area is one of our favorite spots – the deck with bistro table and four chairs plus electric BBQ grill.  This is such a great place for relaxing, taking in the views, sights and sounds or reading your new favorite book. One of the two Master King Suites is on this level and is its own private getaway within this home! It features a designer King metal bed of grapes and grape vines, a stone gas fireplace with TV, satellite and DVD above plus a kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, dishes and café height bistro set for two. The main level also has a powder room and access to the two car garage.

The upper level features the 2nd Master King Suite with luxury bath even including a double-headed shower. The bed is solid walnut and the nightstands and TV armoire are rustic cherry. All pieces were custom designed and created by a very talented local craftsman. The TV armoire has a large TV with satellite and DVD. Spring through fall we enjoy opening the window to listen to the flowing waters of the stream! The Queen suite, also on this level, has a custom canopy bed and its own fully tiled private full bath.  The laundry room with full size washer and dryer are upstairs as well.

This property also features it's own 7 person private hot tub just off the lower patio ~ access is just around the front of the townhome and to the side.

Additional Notes


Moose Hollow and the Cascades in Eden, Utah offer a Welcome Center in the heart of our community complete with a lounging area, complimentary internet access and printer, friendly faces, beverages, brochures, answers to your questions and more! Behind the center is our seasonal pool complex with regular size swimming pool, kiddie pool, in-ground hot tub, dry sauna, plus lounging and deck furniture, and a grassy picnic area with charcoal grill. Additional picnic areas and grills are offered adjacent to the pool area and other locations throughout. The in-ground hot tub and dry sauna are open year-round and so is our 2nd community hot tub which is nestled between other condo buildings.

Also offered at our community is a 3000 sq. ft. Clubhouse. The main level can be reserved for private functions and the lower level is open to owners and guests 24/7 and has a small fitness center and game room with double shot, air hockey, foosball and ping-pong. On site there is also a sand volleyball area, basketball hoop and enjoyable walking trails that meander throughout our community past streams, ponds, waterfalls and fairways.   Moose Hollow is also connected via a walking path to the Wolf Creek Golf course and recreation center.  Enjoy golf, disc golf and all that the fitness center has to offer at a discounted rate!

PAYMENT POLICY:  50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation.  The balance is due approximately 21 days before arrival and will be automatically processed with the card on file unless other instructions are given.

CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICIES: Should Guest wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Manager. It is Guest’s responsibility to verify receipt by Manager. If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Manager will refund 100% of the sums paid, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 60 days or less prior to check-in date and Manager is not able to re-rent the same unit(s) during the same time period at the same or a greater rate, 100% of the sums paid are non-refundable.   If Manager is able to re-rent the property under essentially the same terms as the original rental, all paid amounts will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for early departures, delayed arrivals, inclement weather or reduction in the number of nights reserved for any reason. If the subject property becomes unavailable or unsuitable for rent for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, casualty loss, construction delays, physical deterioration or loss of utility services, the Manager's liability will be limited to the return of all monies paid on account at the time of cancellation. In the unlikely event Manager cancels your reservation; every attempt will be made to substitute the rental with an equal or better property or all monies received will be refunded to Guest within 5 business days of cancellation notice.
