Welcome to this completely unique and rare find at Moose Hollow! This is a deluxe one bedroom condo with lots of gathering space on the main floor including a 2nd sitting area that overlooks the Moose Hollow community and surrounding mountains. Although simply perfect for two, it can sleep up to 6. This condo is owned by a California couple who love the opportunity to explore and enjoy this magnificient area no matter what season of the year! This condo is located in the heart of the community and is ideally situated across from the Welcome Office and pool complex and sits on Fairway #2 of Wolf Creek Utah Championship Golf Course. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular and there is a stream and waterfall that run alongside this unit ~ very romantic! During ski season, the Powder Mountain Shuttle stops just steps away in front of the Welcome Center.

Enter this condo from the upper level of the building lobby and into the family room. This entire level is open and offers multiple gathering areas for entertaining particularly around the cozy gas fireplace and leather sofa (which is also a sleeper). There is a large flat screen TV with satellite and DVD plus a deck that offers the pleasure of a panoramic sunrise over the mountains to the east and the green grass of the golf course. You'll truly enjoy the sights and sounds of the adjacent stream and waterfall as you watch the golfers wander by or as they stop to look for their ball amongst the vegetation and water. The kitchen offers bar dining for 4 and is fully equipped with standard appliances, small appliances and plenty of cookware, bakeware and dinnerware. The 2nd sitting room is in a brightly painted area where you'll enjoy snuggling up with a favorite book and gazing out past the deck from time to time to catch a glimspe of what's happening in the community or at the pool. A very nice full bath is also located on the main level.

The Master bedroom is upstairs and is huge with plenty of room for the king size wood and metal rustic bed created by Shadow Mountain Furnishings. A newly designed, step up window box seat has been added just below the large picture window allowing you a tremendous vista and views of the golf course and scenery beyond. This room also has a flat screen TV with satellite, DVD and VCR for your entertainment. The large en suite bath is spacious and has a wonderful corner jacuzzi tub and also a large walk-in closet. The washer and dryer are located in an additional closet within this bedroom suite as well. Additional Notes


The Owners and some of NorthStar Lodgings staff live right on site at Moose Hollow and the Cascades. We are happy to help you however we can - printing documents or boarding passes, bringing you a port-a-crib or high chair, delivering ski passes, or just helping out however else we can!

The Community Office is in the heart of our complex and behind the center is our seasonal pool complex with regular size swimming pool, kiddie pool, in-ground hot tub, dry sauna, plus lounging and deck furniture, and a grassy picnic area with charcoal grill. Additional picnic areas and grills are offered adjacent to the pool area and other locations throughout. The in-ground hot tub and dry sauna are open year-round and so is our 2nd community hot tub which is nestled between other condo buildings.

Also offered at our community is a 3000 sq. ft. Clubhouse that can be reserved for private functions, and has a small fitness center and a game room in the lower level. On site there is also a sand volleyball area, basketball hoop and enjoyable walking trails that meander throughout our community past streams, ponds, waterfalls and fairways. During the ski season, for a nominal fee the Utah Transit Authority offers shuttle service to/from Powder Mountain several times a day and picks up right here at Moose Hollow! We hope to see shuttle service from Moose Hollow to Snowbasin in 2013-14!

Booking Policy: 50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. The balance is due approximately 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable (less a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancelled 60 or more days before arrival or if we are able to fill the reservation within the 60 days. If cancelled within 60 days and we are not able to fill the reservation, we will allow a credit for the paid amount (less $50) to be used at anytime in the future, subject to availability of this same property and booked no more than 2 weeks before arrival. We offer Travel Insurance to help protect you and the property owner against the unforeseen if you'd like to take advantage of that.
