Welcome to this very upgraded beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo that can sleep up to 8! This condo is owned by the project superintendent and is upgraded throughout with solid granite countertops, triple toned paint, crown moldings, accent cabinetry in the kitchen, upgraded appliances, wooden shutters and more! This is a family that loves living in the west and everything that goes along with it - tall mountains, rodeos, cowboys, and all! This property is part of the Wolf Creek Utah Resort and just minutes from Pineview Lake, Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Wolf Creek Utah Ski Resorts.

Enter this condo from the upper level of the building lobby and into the family room. This room is complete with cozy gas fireplace, western style sofa and chair (the sofa is a sleeper), TV with satellite, DVD and VCR plus a deck that offers terrific views all around! The kitchen has bar dining for 4 and is fully equipped with standard appliances, small appliances and plenty of cookware, bakeware and dinnerware. The main floor bedroom is a queen room also with a TV, DVD and VCR plus a private deck overlooking the Moose Hollow community. A very nice full bath in also located on the main level of this condo.

The second bedroom is upstairs and is extremely large. Plenty of room in this master suite for the black wooden king size bed with cozy log cabin style quilt. The matching twin daybed with pull-out twin trundel is situated just below the picture window. This room also has a large flat screen TV with satellite, DVD, VCR and surround sound. There is also a substantial video library in the dresser drawers for your entertainment. Additional upgrades in this room include two ceiling fans and a very cool wooden accent beam across the ceiling. The large en suite bath is spacious and has a deep jacuzzi tub which is very unique to the condos plus there is a walk-in closet. The washer and dryer are stackable and located in another closet within this bedroom suite as well. Additional Notes


Moose Hollow and the Cascades in Eden, Utah offer a Welcome Center in the heart of our community complete with a lounging area, complimentary internet access and printer, friendly faces, beverages, brochures, answers to your questions and more! Behind the center is our seasonal pool complex with regular size swimming pool, kiddie pool, in-ground hot tub, dry sauna, plus lounging and deck furniture, and a grassy picnic area with charcoal grill. Additional picnic areas and grills are offered adjacent to the pool area and other locations throughout. The in-ground hot tub and dry sauna are open year-round and so is our 2nd community hot tub which is nestled between other condo buildings.
Also offered at our community is a 3000 sq. ft. Clubhouse that can be reserved for private functions, and has a small fitness center in the lower level. On site there is also a sand volleyball area, basketball hoop and enjoyable walking trails that meander throughout our community past streams, ponds, waterfalls and fairways. During the ski season, Powder Mountain offers complimentary shuttle service several times a day from different stops throughout.

50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable (less a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancelled 60 or more days before arrival or if we are able to fill the reservation within the 60 days. If cancelled within 60 days and we are not able to fill the reservation, we will allow a credit for the paid amount (less $50) to be used at anytime in the future, subject to availability of this same property and booked no more than 2 weeks before arrival. We will be offering Travel Insurance to help protect you and the property owner against the unforeseen if you'd like to take advantage of that.
