This condo is owned by a local Utah family that loves the unique beauty of this valley and range of outdoor activities it offers. You'll find this condo to be simply delightful and has upgrades throughout such as the sculpted solid granite countertop in the kitchen, custom paint and rustic chic decor. This location is ideally situated across from the Welcome Office and pool complex and sits on Fairway #2 of Wolf Creek Utah Championship Golf Course. During ski season, the Powder Mountain Shuttle stops just steps away in front of the office.

Enter this condo from the upper level of the building lobby and into the family room. This room is complete with cozy gas fireplace; leather, upholstered and wood furnishings, flat screen TV with satellite and DVD, and beautiful views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. The kitchen offers bar dining for 4 and is fully equipped with standard appliances, small appliances and plenty of cookware, bakeware and dinnerware. The main floor bedroom is a queen bedroom with it's own private deck overlooking the Moose Hollow community and mountains. A very nice full bath is also located on the main level.

Upstairs is the second bedroom which is the Master Suite where you'll find plenty of room for the king size rustic wood and leather bed with custom bedding. This room also has a TV with satellite, DVD and VCR for your entertainment. The large en suite bath is spacious and has a walk-in closet. The washer and dryer are located in a closet within this bedroom suite as well.

Moose Hollow and the Cascades in Eden, Utah offer a Welcome Center in the heart of our community complete with a lounging area, complimentary internet access and printer, friendly faces, beverages, brochures, answers to your questions and more! Behind the center is our seasonal pool complex with regular size swimming pool, kiddie pool, in-ground hot tub, dry sauna, plus lounging and deck furniture, and a grassy picnic area with charcoal grill. Additional picnic areas and grills are offered adjacent to the pool area and other locations throughout. The in-ground hot tub and dry sauna are open year-round and so is our 2nd community hot tub which is nestled between other condo buildings.

Also offered at our community is a 3000 sq. ft. Clubhouse that can be reserved for private functions, and has a small fitness center in the lower level. On site there is also a sand volleyball area, basketball hoop and enjoyable walking trails that meander throughout our community past streams, ponds, waterfalls and fairways.

Booking Policy: 50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable (less a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancelled 60 or more days before arrival or if we are able to fill the reservation within the 60 days. If cancelled within 60 days and we are not able to fill the reservation, we will allow a credit for the paid amount (less $50) to be used at anytime in the future, subject to availability of this same property and booked no more than 2 weeks before arrival. We will be offering Travel Insurance to help protect you and the property owner against the unforeseen if you'd like to take advantage of that.
