Welcome to this one of a kind 3 bedroom deluxe condo at Moose Hollow. This 3 bedroom deluxe is the only one at Moose Hollow that has 3.5 baths with two of the 3 bedrooms having their own ensuite baths! The 3rd full bath is conveniently located in the hallway next to the 3rd bedroom.  This is also the only condo at Moose Hollow with a PRIVATE HOT TUB!!!

This condo is upgraded with a slate floor on the entire main level, a nice family room with 42" TV, satellite and DVD for your entertainment along with a very cozy rocked gas fireplace. The family room features a leather sofa sleeper and two double seat recliners plus we have two 6 ft. benches with ample hooks, boot trays, and a coat tree for all of your ski gear and accessories plus shelves for your helmets and goggles. The kitchen has a dining table that can comfortably seat 6-8 and can expand for up to 12. There is also bar dining for 4. The kitchen includes a double oven, 4 burner gas stove and many other appliances, gadgets, bakeware, cookware and dinnerware. There is a large 1/2 bath/laundry room next to the kitchen - very convenient for putting those wet ski items into the dryer!

The deck just off of the family room has mountain and community views as well as a bistro table and two large teak wood rocking chairs. There is also an electric grill for your year round BBQing enjoyment! This condo is also adjacent to ponds, streams and waterfalls - we love the seasonal sights and sounds that accompany this location!

The lower level features all three bedrooms and the three full baths. One of these bedrooms is the King Master Suite which has a 32"" TV with satellite and DVD; and an en suite full luxury bath featuring an extra-deep soaking tub. There is a private walk-out patio from this King suite which has a bistro table and seating for 4 plus a brand new Private Hot Tub!! The 2nd bedroom is a multiple bed suite with a beautiful Hand-carved, custom queen log bed and an extra tall/extra long twin over twin bunk bed. This suite also has its own full ensuite fully tiled luxury bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds as a queen over queen bunk and the 3rd full bath is adjacent in the hallway.

There is also a storage locker in the lobby of the building for all of your recreational gear and equipment plus we have glove and boot dryers/warmers available for the wintertime and ample room for all of your skiwear.

Moose Hollow and the Cascades in Eden, Utah offer a Welcome Center in the heart of our community complete with a lounging area, complimentary internet access and printer, friendly faces, beverages, brochures, answers to your questions and more! Behind the center is our seasonal pool complex with regular size swimming pool, kiddie pool, in-ground hot tub, dry sauna, plus lounging and deck furniture, and a grassy picnic area with charcoal grill. Additional picnic areas and grills are offered adjacent to the pool area and other locations throughout. The in-ground hot tub and dry sauna are open year-round and so is our 2nd community hot tub which is nestled between other condo buildings.

Also offered at our community is a 3000 sq. ft. Clubhouse. The main level can be reserved for private functions, and the lower level has a small fitness center and game room with double shot, air hockey, foosball and ping-pong available to owners and guests 24/7. On site there is also a sand volleyball area, basketball hoop and enjoyable walking trails that meander throughout our community past streams, ponds, waterfalls and fairways.

Booking Policy: 50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable (less a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancelled 60 or more days before arrival or if we are able to fill the reservation within the 60 days. If cancelled within 60 days and we are not able to fill the reservation, we will allow a credit for the paid amount (less $50) to be used at anytime in the future, subject to availability of this same property and booked no more than 2 weeks before arrival. We offer Travel Insurance in the event you have to cancel your trip. This helps protect you and the property owner against the unforeseen - let us know if you'd like to take advantage of this option.
